We are a wonderful, friendly practice who have been looking after pets in the Forest of Dean since 2002 and always strive to deliver exceptional care. You have fast links to Bristol and Gloucester, but all the benefits of living in Forest of Dean which is the largest mixed woodland in the UK. The opportunities for outdoor pursuits are almost unlimited with extensive horse riding, canoeing, walking and renowned mountain biking trails. Sundean have a fantastic, dedicated team of 5 Vets, 7 RVNs and 1 SVN. Within the team, we have certificate holders in Diagnostic Imaging, Dentistry and Internal Medicine. Our team are long standing, friendly and supportive. We have excellent facilities which include digital radiograph (including dental), ultrasound (including echocardiography), multiparameter, in house lab, surgical facilities, kennel blocks, laboratory, isolation and critical care facilities. We are very lucky with the large amount of equipment we have available to help our diagnoses and treatments and our Cinderford site just undergone total refurbishment and expansion. 40 hours per week, 4 days per week (or if preferred 5 days). 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9 - 1pm only. No OOH. No sole charge (including at weekends). You will have an assigned mentor and plenty of support with GDP. You will be allocated a member of the team for support during ops and consults each day and you will have weekly catch ups with your mentor. Your consultations will be extended to 30-45 mins as required. There would be 1-2 operating days per week with full support of an experienced vet and experienced nursing team. Benefits and rewards
