What you will do

Develop strategic recommendations to solve business challenges through the implementation of operational systems and platforms, creating consistent workflows and developing and embedding governance into these processes. Lead and manage optimizing the technology infrastructure and platforms that support operational functions within the business. Oversee systems, applications, and tools, while evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with all teams to ensure the smooth functioning of technology platforms, creating operational efficiency, data accuracy, integrity, and delivering on operational briefs. Deliver against resource and operations KPIs (Improve utilization rates, Scheduled vs. Actual Hours, time tracking). Lead and direct the smooth day-to-day running of the business from an operational perspective. Lead on Operational Excellence across the agency. Improve the way in which we resource and capacity plan to ensure efficient resourcing and delivery for clients. Lead on reinforcing our standard operating process. Innovate and develop more efficient ways to deliver on wider business area briefs and make recommendations on potential changes that can positively impact any area of the business. Drive global consistency in delivering improvements to given processes, technology, or projects. Contribute to the development of the Ops team strategy. Own given projects or processes on behalf of Operations team strategic priorities, wider business operational briefs, delivering to a high standard following the Journey Further standard operating process. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, with at least 1 year in a senior management role. Proven track record of managing and optimizing operational processes in a fast-paced environment, preferably an integrated environment across all paid, organic, and specialist channels within the digital marketing industry. Experience with agency management and CRM systems. Understanding of the delivery requirements of the specialist areas and roles within an integrated agency, with the ability to resource and ensure accurate views of capacity. Experience working in an integrated environment across all paid, organic, and specialist channels. Strong platform knowledge in delivering day-to-day tasks. Experience with system integration and implementation.
