As the Head of Sales for the Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for growing and managing the existing sales department. You'll be responsible for developing a strategy for growing the sales team, hiring talented Sales Executives, and managing them to hit and exceed targets. Skills

As the Head of Sales you should have:

- A proven background in developing a sales growth strategy - The ability to forecast sales pipelines - A background in being a sales line manager, including hiring, motivating and nurturing a successful sales team of around 5 or more - Excellent communication skills. Experience Requirements

This Head of Sales role would be suited to someone with experience in growing and developing a successful Sales team either within the Salesforce ecosystem or a similar CRM.
