(including weekends) 4 days out of 7 days We are looking for an experienced Deputy Shop Manager with excellent customer service skills to join our Dyer Street Shop in Cirencester. In this role, you will be supporting the Shop Manager and Retail Area Manager to ensure our Cirencester shop meets its full potential. You will also be responsible for assisting in the shop’s day-to-day running. You will oversee staff and volunteers working in the shop, offering encouragement, support, and advice while ensuring that both staff and volunteers maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards all customers. Longfield is a community hospice charity located near Stroud. We believe that everyone touched by a life-limiting illness in Gloucestershire should benefit from free hospice care. Our 3-year strategy envisions significant changes in the way we operate to enable us to reach many more people across the region.
