As a department manager, your main responsibility will be overseeing and managing the department and staff, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. The role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. Tasks

Monitoring and evaluating staff performance Managing a departmental budget and forecasting budgetary requirements Overseeing the functioning and productivity of a company division Establishing and working towards strategic departmental goals Managing all aspects of the operation, including finance, sales, quality control, and human resources Guiding employees and managing responsibilities, such as setting strategic goals and ensuring project success Setting department goals and the steps the team needs to take to ensure that the goals are met. Meeting up with the management team weekly for meetings & attending head office for meetings. Requirements
