Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire Finishing Manager’s – Residential Developer – Buckinghamshire My client is a top UK residential developer specialising in new build developments within London’s surrounding counties. The company comes across highly regarded in the residential industry and has a good reputation for high quality products. Job Description & Responsibilities My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of Finishing Managers on a freelance or permanent basis on a number of luxury residential schemes in the region. You will report into a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager in which you will help drive the finishing stages of the developments towards completion. Each development consists of high-end luxury houses and apartments ranging from 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. The ideal candidate must have a strong finishing background with a proven track record of having worked on luxury high-finished apartments. Key Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidates must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high-end residential projects. The ideal candidates will have experience with all finishing stages from core stage to 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging, de-snagging, and completion, CML’s through to handover.
