This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organization and become a key part of their highly regarded team. Due to retirement, we are seeking a Registered Manager to lead their successful homecare service.

Duties

Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, including Coordinators, Supervisors, Trainers, Recruiters, Compliance, and Care Assistants. Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve the "Good" CQC rating. Staff Development: Support and mentor staff, promoting professional growth. Client Relations: Oversee the care delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with clients and their families. Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and care standards.

Criteria

Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards). Experience: Proven experience in Adult Social Care and previous work in a Homecare Agency or community setting. Leadership: A natural leader with a passion for developing and leading a team. Ethos & Values: Someone who shares our commitment to exceptional care and can embody our values. Driving License :

A valid UK driving license is essential due to the nature of the role.
