We are looking for Strategy Managers to help our business navigate this change.

About the role

As part of a small team, you would report to the Director of Strategy and M&A, and work with colleagues across the business to:

Build an understanding of the business landscape we face – looking at customers, suppliers, competitors, and other stakeholders

Help develop the long-term strategy of the business

Work as an internal consultant to the business to:

Identify and evaluate business opportunities in current and new business areas

Develop plans to realise value from the opportunity

What you’ll need to have

Curiosity and a desire to understand business problems and find deliverable solutions

An analytic approach and mindset, with familiarity with relevant tools

Ability to build good relationships at multiple levels across the business

Ability to effectively synthesise and communicate complex ideas simply

Experience operating in cross-functional teams, and providing thought leadership and rigour to their work

It would be great if you also have:

Some commercial or operational experience

A finance qualification

Experience working in a consulting environment
