Join a boutique consultancy firm in the Financial Services industry. Seeking a highly skilled CLM Business Analyst Consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients' MDs and other stakeholders to provide expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM).

As a CLM Business Analyst Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, developing business requirements, and designing solutions that improve our clients' client onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes. You will also be responsible for working closely with our clients' MDs and other stakeholders to implement these solutions, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

stakeholder/SME collaboration to understand business needs and requirements related to CLM processes and systems. Define business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for IT development teams. Design and deliver innovative and effective solutions to improve our clients' client onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to client stakeholders on CLM processes and systems. Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, business rules, and procedures. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support clients through the testing and implementation phases. Provide training and support to end-users on CLM processes and systems. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on CLM in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of CLM processes, technologies, and best practices. Experience with CLM platforms such as Fenergo, Accuity, and Refinitiv. Experience working closely with MDs and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
