What you will do

Develop and implement project management strategies and processes to ensure efficient project delivery Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project management team Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards Allocate resources effectively, balancing the demands of multiple projects and ensuring optimal team performance Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships Communicate project status, updates, and changes to clients and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed expectations Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to processes and identify areas for improvement Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project quality and efficiency Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints Monitor and report on project financials, including budget forecasts, actuals, and variances Optimise resource allocation and project expenditures to maximise profitability Recruit, train, and develop project management staff, fostering their professional growth and development Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members Create a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance Requirements

A Professional Certification in either Agile PM Foundation or Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner or PMP (Project Management Professional) is essential You have a minimum of 6 years experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role within marketing or a related industry You have proficient experience with industry-standard Project/AgencyManagement systems (e.g. Mavenlink, Synergist, Screendragon, Paprika etc.) You’re experienced in managing £2m fee projects + accounts, global integrated accounts You have a strong understanding of the HubSpot CRM platform You have a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex marketing projects from inception to completion You have regulatory and compliance knowledge as well as media production knowledge Diversity & Inclusion Journey Further takes pride in creating an environment where everyone can be themselves.
