You will be required to lead, motivate and inspire a small team of 7 drivers and 6 order pickers. Ensuring our customers receive their building materials on-time, in full and safely. Ensuring all in-house vehicles comply with all legal and contractual requirements. Ensure effective and economic delivery routing. Keyholding and Duty Management. Our customers rightly demand a great delivery service. You'll need to be customer-focused, a team player who is able to work with others.
