Senior Estimator We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join an established main contractor based in Southampton. The business operates out of regional offices across the UK and undertakes projects across the commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors valuing up to £25mil. Projects are predominantly administered via JCT forms of contract. About the role of Senior Estimator: As Senior Estimator, you will be working closely with the rest of the pre-construction team to compile competitive bids. You will be able to tender projects independently and offer assistance to the junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities as Senior Estimator: Work from first principles Independently tender projects valuing up to £20mil. Work collaboratively with Surveying and Operational teams to produce competitive tenders Support and mentor junior members of staff Key Requirements for this Senior Estimator role: Track record of successfully tendering schemes valued up to £20mil Experience with competitive tendering and negotiated schemes Experience with single and two-stage tenders.
