Business Partnering. Who understands manufacturing but can also provide the narrative around what numbers mean. Your will be based on our manufacturing site have ideally excellent knoweldge of business partnering in a food manufacturing environment.
You will be great at:
Leading the yearly budget standard costing cycle from raw materials prices to end finished product supported by insightful analysis of year-on-year movements
Monthly material variance analysis with root cause analysis to drive corrective actions by operations
Being an effective business partner to bakeries operations budget target delivery
You are:
Able to investigate key deviations to set financial targets and related prognosis
Able to develop excel based dash boards and related models for wider business
Local expert in company costing policy
Qualified ACCA/CIMA or similar
You have:
A solid background in operations finance in a manufacturing business
A sound understanding of standard costing principals
Familiarity with commercial tender processes
