We are seeking a talented and ambitious NQ Real Estate Lawyer to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and high-profile transactions, alongside experienced Partners and Associates.
About the Role:
Assisting Partners and Associates with all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and financing
Conducting due diligence on property portfolios and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Drafting and negotiating legal documents, such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, and development agreements
Managing client relationships and providing clear and concise legal advice
Contributing to the research and development of innovative legal solutions
About You:
Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with a strong academic background in law
A demonstrable interest and passion for real estate law
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
