Our client, accredited with both CQS and Lexcel certifications, recently acquired by a prominent Firm ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, is in search of a Solicitor to join them as Head of the Residential & Commercial Property team.
Located in St Albans, the Firm has been dedicated to serving the community for over fifty years, offering services across a wide spectrum of residential and commercial conveyancing services, including property sales and purchases, remortgaging, and the acquisition and disposal of land, plots, and units.

What will be expected of you?
Conduct own matters independently and supervise colleagues in St Albans, and across other offices as necessary. Oversee the work of the Fee Earners and Assistants in St Albans, and across other offices as necessary. Liaise with other teams regarding department's needs; to include, Staffing, IT, Training, Finances. Assist with Marketing and Business Development activities. Experience dealing with CQS and Lexcel along with overseeing Lender Panel and Land Registry requirements. Deliver a timely and high-quality service to clients while maintaining a motivated team.
