Based 10 Minutes Drive from Junction 17 on the M25. A leading contractor working across the globe, on track to hit £1 Billion turnover within the next 3 years. Reporting directly into the Head of Pre-Construction Director. Based from the office in West London, you will be handling tenders worth £70 million +. On track to hit £1 Billion turnover within the next 3 years. In-house capability to deliver a full Design & Build Project - not pushing elements to external suppliers or agencies. We have a strong 7-year relationship with this client. The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Sat in the Head Office within the Senior Management Team with occasional travel needed to client face: Full responsibility for tender submissions. Running the tender, pulling all aspects together from price & technical. We Are Seeking the Following:
Happy to be based in the Head Office. Must be based in a sensible daily commute. 10-15 years pricing experience. Clear exposure as an Estimation Manager, Chief Estimator, Lead Estimator or Principal Estimator. Confidence, assurance, and commercial awareness to present to a client if needed. You will be technically able to protect your bid submission in price and program. Solid technical & commercial awareness. Added Benefits:
