Your new role:
Cost Estimation:
Accurately estimate costs for materials, equipment, utilities, and labour. Analyse specifications and research construction documents. Project Planning:
Prepare estimates for project planning, organisation, and scheduling. Set work hours, sequence tasks, and obtain materials. Resource Management:
Submit relevant documents and budgets before bid deadlines. Stay updated on the latest estimating technology and industry techniques. Risk Management:
Formulate contingency plans and manage risks impacting cost and time estimates. Collaborate with other teams, conduct site visits, and provide additional services as needed. Regularly report to management and keep clients informed of project status. What you'll need to succeed:
In order to be successful, you will have experience as an estimator working on leisure, industrial, education, and commercial projects of values between £7m - £30m. What you'll get in return:
In return, you will receive a generous salary and package up to £75,000 + car and working for a reputable contractor.
