We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Content & Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of our content across our owned digital platforms, to bring our brand proposition to life. You will have a passion for digital storytelling, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a strong grasp of content strategy and SEO best practices. You will also be a talented content creator, able to produce original social-first written, visual and video assets that achieve cut-through and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social content, analyzing performance metrics and building data-led content strategies, as well as expertise in web writing and SEO to ensure our content not only engages but also ranks well in search engines. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to make your mark on our brand at a key moment of transformation and growth - not just executing on existing strategies, but being empowered to help shape and refine them. This role reports to the Chief Brand Officer and is part of the wider Marketing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Planning Own our organic content calendar, working with our Head of Creative Marketing to develop content and campaigns that align with business objectives, support product launches and align with our wider marketing calendar. Work closely with our Chief Brand Officer to develop and implement content strategies across owned channels (blog and social media) to bring our brand to life, increasing brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately conversion. Grow our presence across different social media platforms, taking the initiative to identify and capitalise on new opportunities, from innovative content ideas to brand partnerships. Monitor and analyse social media trends and engagement metrics to inform content decisions. Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and gaps. Set out SEO best practices for use across all digital content to drive organic traffic. Develop and oversee our online community engagement strategy across all social channels, in particular our Facebook Group, providing guidance for customer service staff. Content Production Create and edit native-feeling multimedia content (written, visual and video) for use across social channels. Plan and write SEO-optimised blog content to increase organic traffic. Use your platform knowledge and creative skills to produce funny, responsive, of-the-moment viral and shareable posts. Manage and maintain a cohesive voice across all social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter). Plan and deliver high-performing social campaigns for commercial partners that deliver results for both our brand and theirs. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website analytics and adjust content strategies to improve performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates). Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track content performance and inform future strategies. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic growth, engagement rates, conversion, and content ROI. Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve future content performance. Project Management & Collaboration: Manage content calendars, ensuring that deadlines are met and campaigns are executed on time. Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and our external social media agency to ensure cohesive content creation. Collaborate closely with our Head of Creative Marketing and paid media agency to ensure alignment of campaigns across all channels. EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of experience in digital content creation and social media management. Experience of shooting and editing video for use on social media. Proven track record of managing and optimising blogs, and social media channels. Experience of reporting on content performance data, and using data to draw actionable insights that drive performance against business objectives. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Relevant university degree or relevant experience/qualification. Proficiency with content management systems (CMS). Strong understanding of SEO and social media best practices. Competence with analytics tools Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz. Able to use image and video-editing software to produce high-quality content assets. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
