Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design interior spaces that meet client specifications for residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget requirements. Create detailed drawings, designs, plans, and 3D models using design software. Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring quality and coherence with design intent. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost estimates. Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or its equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Interior Designer. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
