As an Asset Care Team Leader at Britvic, you will be responsible for delivering world-class engineering excellence in fault resolution and maintenance standards, promoting the delivery of site scorecard measures. Continuous improvement and best practice delivery of mechanical and electrical standards will be key, as will maintenance of manufacturing equipment, building infrastructure, building services, and utilities provision using coordinated corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance techniques. Through this, you will minimize equipment failure downtime and catastrophic failure impact on the site's manufacturing capability. Key Responsibilities

Carry out duties responsibly, considering Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality procedures, as part of the Integrated Management System. Adhere to Legal and Statutory Requirements, where applicable, inclusive of PUWER, Electricity at Work, DSEAR, PSSR, COSHH, LOLER, CDM, Asbestos, Ionising Radiation, Confined Spaces, Work at Height. Promote a safe working environment by ensuring full compliance with Britvic SHE and LOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out) processes and policies, including Permit to Work. Allocate maintenance work to the asset care engineers, ensuring adequate time is planned on asset care windows to allow for all engineering work to be completed. Ensure your team is trained to the correct standard, creating development plans where needed to upskill and increase team capability. Attend weekly maintenance prioritization meetings, contribute to the planning of asset care windows, and provide feedback on maintenance processes. Carry out planned maintenance tasks as part of the CMMS (SAP PM). Carry out modular maintenance tasks across site, where applicable (e.g., Can and/or PET filling valves, etc.). Populate SAP PM as required, communicate any errors or required amendments, and ensure all spare parts are correctly booked out to a relevant work order. Carry out shutdown work (as part of weekly asset care windows and annual planned maintenance outages), including working with external suppliers and service providers. Requirements

Candidates will be qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 and preferably possess an HNC (both in a relevant Engineering discipline), or equivalent. Ideally, they will be multi-disciplined (mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, software), with a time-served apprenticeship background in a manufacturing engineering environment. Knowledge and demonstration of the relevant Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental aspects (including Food Safety). Key Behaviours
