You will be working with a high-end retail brand that is headquartered in Newcastle. This business is a private limited company which operates several international brands and has a fantastic reputation within the retail market. This business has recently invested in a new distribution centre and is looking to bring on a graduate for a financial analyst position. Your new role You will be reporting into an experienced Finance Manager and be joining a high performing team. As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. Your key duties will include: Weekly review of channel performance, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified Managing the month-end reporting process, providing board level commentary Deliver the financial planning and forecasting process Forward forecasting analysis Financial modelling, supporting strategic decisions You: Educated to degree level with a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a numerical/data-driven subject A positive outlook and a track record of success Possess exceptional communication skills to communicate with senior stakeholders Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed What you'll get in return You will be working within a world-renowned brand and have the opportunity to develop your commercial accounting experience.
