What you’ll be doing
Assessment of transactions within your lending mandate or for recommendation to a higher mandate holder where required. Build strong and lasting relationships with our introductory sources to help them and SME Lending support UK SMEs. Work closely with our introducers to structure proposals that work for both customer and SME Lending. Speaking with brokers on a daily basis to maximise opportunities and get to the right decision as quickly as possible. About You
What you’ll bring to the team Strong commercial lending experience in both secured and unsecured lending. Demonstrate an understanding of funding a wide range of assets and lending structures. Ability to work in a direct and broker origination model to provide primary support to our brokers as well as SME Lending’s internal and external sales teams and understand the different dynamics. Communicate professionally with brokers and customers both verbally and face to face. Good written skills in order to produce credit submissions for overview by higher mandate holders. About Us
