Our client, an award-winning boutique Private Client firm, is seeking a talented Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and estate administration issues. Assist with contentious court of protection matters, including applications, preparation for hearings, and representing the firm at said hearings. Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound advice to clients. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. Requirements:
Qualified solicitor NQ to 3 years of experience in contentious probate. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural rules. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work effectively under pressure. Strong client relationship management skills and a dedication to exceeding client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team.
