Key Duties: Divorce Cases: Handle complex divorce cases, ensuring that clients receive expert guidance and representation throughout the process. Your ability to navigate sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism will be essential. Financial Settlements: Advise and negotiate financial settlements in divorce cases, ensuring fair distribution of assets and providing guidance on spousal maintenance, property division, and other financial matters.
