Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role where you will be working on behalf of a wide range of clients from public companies to multinationals. Within this role, you will be running your own caseload of:
Shareholder Agreements
Due diligence
Disposal and acquisitions
Company Restructures
Joint ventures
Succession Planning
The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Corporate law, is able to work well as a team, has excellent client care and communication skills and is wanting to establish themselves for a long-term career.
