This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking flexibility, strong benefits and career progression. The position is adaptable for those interested in Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level roles, with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property.

Role Overview:
Clientele & Caseload : You will have the option to either manage a broad range of commercial property matters or specialise in niche areas, advising:
Housebuilder-related legal work
Not-for-profit organisations
Corporate occupiers
Duties : You will advise clients on site acquisitions, land assembly, sales, purchases, leases and finance work, among others
