You would be working on a range of matters including:
Bringing and defending (PFD) A 1975 claims
Claims against the validity of wills
Construction and rectification claims
Court of Protection disputes
Executor disputes
Trustee disputes
For this role you must have exposure to this line of work, whether you are an NQ who has had exposure in their training seats, or a qualified solicitor working on these matters.
