Job Description
Sacco Mann is working in partnership with a leading energy and urban solutions provider with a balanced energy portfolio, which is heavily biased in favour of renewable energy capacity comprising solar, wind and energy storage. Based in their UK HQ on Teesside, they have a highly regarded and integral Legal team which now requires a commercial property solicitor to complement the department. This is a varied and dynamic role, reporting into the GC and working across the legal and estates team, supporting them in negotiations for land access or disposal, in particular where Development Consent Orders or compulsory purchase orders apply or are being pursued. The level of PQE required is fairly fluid and therefore we'd be interested in talking to UK qualified solicitors with a couple of years+ of Real Estate exposure gained from either reputable In-house department or law firm. Day to day you will provide support on property and infrastructure matters, including reviewing, advising on, drafting and negotiating a broad range of legal documentation and managing external legal counsel where necessary.
