Defence Litigation Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE)

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a top tier, local law firm as they seek to appoint a Defence Litigation Solicitor to their growing team. .
Responsibilities: As a Defence Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
Managing a diverse caseload of defence litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing court documents.
Attending court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various litigation matters.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Keeping abreast of legal developments and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor
Strong litigation and case management skills.
Excellent research, analytical, and drafting abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in handling defence litigation cases independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures in defence litigation.
