An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Fee Earner to join a leading Legal 500 law firm in their offices based in Beverley. Our client is a successful and large modern practice with offices across Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire and has truly made a name for themselves across the regions, having been recognised and accredited by various associations across the country. If you are a Corporate Commercial Fee Earner with up to 3 years' experience from a Corporate Commercial background, then my client would like to hear from you. The role:
You will be working on a variety of corporate matters including share and business acquisitions and sales, MBOs, rights issues, fundraising, and restructuring, to name a few. Your caseload will also consist of commercial work such as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts on framework agreements, supply and purchase contracts, software licences, and franchise agreements. Delegating work more appropriate to the junior members of your team and providing support to the more senior members of your team. You can expect to be partaking in wider business development to encourage referrals and new business. Dealing with new enquiries from clients to ensure new potential business is dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner. The ideal candidate:
Ideally, you will have up to 3 years' experience from a Corporate Commercial background. You must be able to identify new business opportunities and work to develop them efficiently. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly. You must be competent with IT with excellent attention to detail. Aligning your approach to work with the firm's positive ethos and client-care procedures.
