Key Responsibilities
Post Launch To log all new requests sent to the group email address within the agreed SLA. To identify and instruct internal departments to action work requests and coordinating with them so the work request is completed within a timely manner. To action work requests that are managed within Business Operations. To amend welcome, policy and claim letters on DMS. To create and maintain scheme codes. To add and review RDT entries. To load client data as and when received for existing clients. To work errors that occur during the loading process. To work XML data loaded. To investigate and resolve issues arising from Incident Reports. To investigate and resolve issues arising from identified TCF issues. To work on projects that require Business Operations input. Maintain launch files and all electronic files on the H drive. Escalate issues to line manager or to the appropriate line manager. To assist/support the Business Operations team in other projects and launches when required. To act to deliver good outcomes for retail customers whilst delivering a higher standard of customer care and enabling consumers to make effective decisions in their interests. Successful Candidates Will Have
Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to prioritise own workload. A flexible and positive attitude. The ability to communicate effectively. Proven numerical skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent attention to detail. PC literate. Finance or Insurance industry experience. Experience of working in a regulated environment.
