You will support a multi-billion GBP revenue consulting firm with their overseas activities, advising the Partners on how best to structure SPV, JV or other entities in order best to deliver for clients and avoid tax risk internally.
If you have experience within a large company setting and want more advisory work, or you currently advise a portfolio of large corporate clients, this is a superb role and it can be based in a number of different locations.
You will have international corporate tax experience ideally.
