Job Description
In brief:
You will need to have robust financial modelling skills and be competent in building a model from scratch.
Be hands-on with credit analysis of transactions, e.g., writing initial drafts of the credit paper, including financial analysis.
Be a key support in the team's originations capabilities and analyze new leveraged transactions.
Independently prepare marketing materials, using Excel and PowerPoint.
The Successful Applicant You will ideally be coming from a Leveraged Finance team; however, candidates within Transaction Services at a Big 4 might also have skills and exposure that will complement this role.
Be comfortable with multitasking and balancing multiple components of a transaction process (e.g., credit paper, due diligence, closing mechanics) while adhering to tight timelines.
