So, what do our Trainee Mortgage Advisors actually do?
Meet virtually with lots of different clients and make sure they are given the best possible mortgage advice and protection (you will learn more about these as you develop your skills) Seek out the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers Advise on and sell associated insurance products from the market leading Legal & General Meet and exceed targets Build great relationships that mean customers come back to us time and time again Work with our existing client base; they are often a great source of new and unexpected business Liaise with lenders to keep up to date with new products (we have access to the whole market, allowing us to truly personalise each deal) Work closely with our Admin Support Team to ensure our cases are completed and FCA compliant We need:
People who are customer-focused Keen to enter a financial services environment A high level of numeracy & literacy, with attention to detail Bags of drive, motivation, and passion to succeed Focused on turning the 'ordinary' into the 'extraordinary' and not afraid of hard work Ideally, to be able to drive and have your own car Hours of work:
5 days per week including some Saturdays
