Sheridan Maine are actively seeking an immediately available Finance Manager to join a leading organisation based in Basingstoke on a long term contract basis.

Duties of the Finance Manager include, but are not limited to: Leading and mentoring a team in the area of financial reporting. Preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports for a range of stakeholders. Overseeing the month-end process, ensuring all financial information is accurate and complete. Continuously reviewing and improving financial processes and systems. Maintaining robust financial controls. Participating in various ad-hoc projects and activities as required.

The successful Finance Manager will be responsible for the following skills and experience: An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Solid technical accounting and reporting skills. Proficiency in team leading and mentoring. Strong in systems skills and internal controls.
