Our client seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions Executive to join their growing team. You must be willing to relocate to the Isle of Man to apply. Role Profile You'll play a key role in financial analysis, deal structuring, and ensuring smooth transitions, while collaborating with leadership to achieve seamless integration. You will ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks, including contract negotiation and drafting as well as identifying potential risks associated with transactions.

Key Responsibilities Overseeing and managing all aspects of the merger or acquisition process from start to finish. Leading due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets. Coordinating and managing the integration of acquired businesses. Developing and implementing strategies to realise the maximum value from each acquisition. Working with other members of senior management to ensure that all aspects of the merger or acquisition are successfully completed.

Key Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions with private equity, or a related field or working with Buyside teams on Due Diligence and financial appraisal. Knowledge of the M&A process, including due diligence and valuation. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Highly organised and detail-oriented Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications What does the Isle of Man have to offer?
