St Albans, Hertfordshire A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in St Albans is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. The business has been operating for a number of years and specializes in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial, and Mixed Use Schemes. They have a number of new build industrial warehouse projects ongoing and in the pipeline, and are looking to strengthen their commercial team as a result. Project values range from £2m to £10m. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on new build steel frame, industrial/warehouse projects for a reputable Main Contractor. The offices are based in St Albans, and projects are located across London and the Home Counties, so the ideal person must be prepared to travel on site visits where the projects are within that region.
