Job Description Carry out comprehensive financial planning and analysis Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management Work closely with different business units to understand financial needs Participate in the development of new financial models Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems Support the finance team in any other related tasks The Successful Applicant A successful Junior FP&A Analyst should be: Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and some experience in previous analyst roles Studying or planning to study CIMA/ACCA/ACA (study support available) Team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working within a team to deliver collective priorities Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing business environment Proficient in Excel and experience with BI tools preferred (multi-dimension 'cube' reporting) Curiosity to extract trends, understand key business drivers, and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders Experience within the hospitality sector or multi-site retail preferred A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a proactive approach to problem-solving What's on Offer In exchange this is on offer: A competitive salary in the range of £28,000 to £32,000 per year 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Bonus opportunity and a share scheme Large staff discount at all our sites (restaurants, cafes, etc.) Annual company event
