Negotiable With a turnover of over £80 million, one of the UK’s leading Main Contractors is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years working for a Tier 1 Contractor within New Build/Refurbishment on projects over £10 million. Responsibilities:
Assist a team of Surveyors Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position Preparation of monthly valuations both client-side and the supply chain Preparation of pre-tender profit plan Assist the Management of cost changes throughout the project Assist with the Preparation of cashflow forecasts Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment Procuring the work packages for several projects ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with the provisions of both the main and sub-contract terms and conditions Ensuring compliance with the cost plans, close liaison with the Clients Quantity Surveyor Value engineering Final accounts Client aftercare The ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month's notice, and must be able to travel into HQ and London based.
