The firm is seeking to hire a Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join their highly accoladed team.

The Real Estate department provides City expertise, in a modern way and with more flexibility in terms of fee's compared with that of city firms. The department often has big city practices on the other side of transactions.
You will find real variety to the type of client base and work, making for a more interesting role. The client base will include individuals and companies ranging from SME, OMB, right up to FTSE 250 companies and household names. They have several very interesting online businesses and social media companies.
The work will include; sales and acquisitions, L&T, development work, secured lending, overage agreements, corporate support work.
