We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable
Copack Manager
to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Banbury site. Key Responsibilities: Division Leadership:
Lead the Co-Pack division, driving strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Relationship Management:
Build and manage relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Project Oversight:
Oversee the end-to-end co-pack process, ensuring all projects meet time, budget, and quality standards. Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop your team, ensuring strong performance and professional growth. KPI Delivery:
Achieve divisional KPIs for new business, revenue, and profit. What We’re Looking For: Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, driving them to achieve ambitious targets. Commercial Awareness:
Strong understanding of P&L, cost management, and commercial strategies. Problem Solving:
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach. Communication:
