Home Manager
to lead and inspire our clients existing team at a reputable nursing home in
Liverpool . With an
overall CQC rating of 'Good' , we are striving to enhance one area of performance, and they need a passionate leader to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to achieve this goal. Job Advert: Home Manager - Nursing Home (Liverpool) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Location: Liverpool
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents. Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and caring environment. Work to maintain and improve compliance standards, especially focusing on raising the CQC rating in a targeted area. Collaborate with families, residents, and the wider community to ensure excellent standards of care. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to provide the best possible care. Introduce and implement new initiatives that align with the home's vision for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements: Either a
Nursing Qualification (RGN, RMN)
or
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management . Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting. Strong knowledge of
CQC standards
and a proactive approach to compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering high-quality care and the ability to inspire your team. Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required). No Sponsorship offered.
