Negotiable Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ergonomist to be part of one of our esteemed defence client's team based in Broughton. This is an opportunity to influence and drive change in an established wing manufacturing facility. The Ergonomics team is a small team but is expanding and aims to improve workplace safety and efficiency through ergonomic assessments and interventions. Responsibilities: Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations and processes. Provide recommendations for ergonomic improvements. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement ergonomic solutions. Develop and deliver training on ergonomic principles and practices. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ergonomic interventions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Health, or a related field. Experience in conducting ergonomic assessments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
