Become an integral part of one of the UK's largest serious injury teams, comprising over 50 legal professionals. You'll be working within a dedicated sub-team that values collaboration, expertise, and client-centric advocacy. The team handles complex, high-value cases, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seriously injured claimants. Your Role as a Serious Injury Solicitor / Grade C Lawyer

We are looking to recruit three Grade C Solicitors to join our growing serious injury team, specialising in medical negligence and personal injury. In this role, you will: Manage a caseload of serious injury claims valued between £25,000 and £50,000, consisting of approximately 38 active files. Provide expert legal advice to claimants while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and care. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Contribute to the ongoing development of the team's expertise and reputation. Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with experience in serious injury, medical negligence, or personal injury claims. Exceptional organisational and case management skills.
