Health, Safety and Environment Manager Cheltenham Salary Circa £45,000 - £50,000 Plus Benefits Are you looking to take on a pivotal role as Health, Safety and Environment Manager at a global leader in security systems manufacturing? Could you bring your expertise in safety, health, and environment management to elevate standards at a manufacturing and assembly site in Cheltenham? Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a specialist global manufacturer of security systems to recruit a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager. This role offers the opportunity to drive HSE standards at a key manufacturing and assembly site in Cheltenham, becoming part of an organisation with a vast global footprint. Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Manager will include: Ensuring the site is compliant with both UK legislation and the global strategy for health, safety and environment Engaging across the site to drive improvements in quality, safety, health and environment Auditing health, safety and environmental performance, accurately reporting and investigating incidents and near misses Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders including contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies The successful Health, Safety and Environment Manager will have: Proven experience in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment NEBOSH General certification or equivalent Excellent communication skills with proven experience engaging colleagues at all levels Leading on new initiatives and always seeking opportunities to improve and develop Health, Safety and Environment performance This is an excellent opportunity to work for a world leading brand within their field in a professional working environment.
