Norwich, Norfolk A leading Regional Main Contractor that builds, refurbishes, and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company is an innovative and ambitious business that combines its industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work. The business is thriving, and they currently have a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline, particularly on the new build side. Projects vary from one-bedroom flats and bungalows through to four-bedroom family houses. Most of their units are built using traditional construction methods, but experience with RC frame apartments would be beneficial. They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager that can oversee projects from start to finish, reporting to a Contracts Manager. The ideal person will have a strong track record overseeing similar projects for a reputable house builder.
