The Job Role:
Senior sous chef for Michelin starred restaurant, in 5* luxury hotel
Working week, Wednesday- Sunday
A Senior sous chef reporting directly into the hotel's Executive Chef
To manage a dedicated brigade of 14
Ensuring Michelin standards are executed to the highest level at all times
The Requirements:
A strong sous chef with a Michelin star or rosette background
A Sous Chef who has a true passion for food with an ability to lead from the pass
A self-starter who relishes staff development and nurturing a brigade
A Senior Sous Chef with a proven record as a strong team leader
