Milton Keynes College has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Education Manager to join our Prison Education team at HMP Lewes.
As a successful Deputy Education Manager, you will work closely with the Education Manager to manage all aspects of the department, ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the department and its staff, and supporting the achievement of outstanding learning, teaching, and success effectively and efficiently.
You will support the Education Manager in planning and managing the deployment of staff and resources, aiding the department in delivering high-quality courses that meet the needs of the learners, prison, and Milton Keynes College.
