Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable PolyWorks Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be open to traveling and staying overnight at client locations to deliver PolyWorks training and metrology services. This role offers a mix of office-based work, where you'll handle customer support calls, and on-site visits to provide training and metrology services such as 3D scanning. Key Responsibilities: Provide PolyWorks technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions. Provide PolyWorks software training to customers, which may require travel and overnight stays. Provide in-house and on-site 3D scanning and metrology services. Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong understanding of 3D metrology and measurement technologies. Experience with PolyWorks software or similar metrology software platforms. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Proficiency in using remote support tools and technologies. Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required for on-site customer support and training. UK Driving Licence and car. Job Type:
