Assistant Ecologist
Location: Southampton Salary: £23,000-£29,000
I am looking for an Assistant Ecologist to join a brilliant team in Southampton!
This is a great opportunity to join a well-rounded team whose services include Ecology, Landscape, and Arboriculture. You will be involved in a range of projects, including ecological appraisals, protected species surveys, and biodiversity mitigation design. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a consultancy passionate about what they do, with excellent opportunities for training and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in extended Phase 1 habitat surveys. Participating in a range of species surveys. Writing reports related to PEA, EcIA, and species survey reports.
Requirements: A degree in Ecology or a relevant discipline. Some experience working within a consultancy. Excellent report writing skills.
